Philip McAuley advises numerous care home and private hospital group clients on how to overcome occupancy and related management issues at their sites. In addition he provides advice on marketing management, the private market, customer satisfaction measurement, acquisitions, repositioning and service innovation.
Philip conducts a great deal of research with residents and relatives and so has a robust handle on what is important to people in care homes.
Many of Philip’s clients have enjoyed considerable improvements in occupancy, customer service standards, fee rates, revenue and profitability.
Prior to joining Laing Buisson Philip was the Marketing Director of the care home group Care First ,which had 13,000 beds and before that the smaller Court Cavendish Group.
